Very bad experience buying bikes from Firmstrong. I bought two bikes, one for me and one for my wife. Mine bike barel 3.0 had a design flow, with the back tire, which was rubbing on the frame, and couldn’t spin, and my wife’s bike “ bela “ it has rattling noises from the chain. Save yourself a headache from a bad bike purchase, look at other brands.

Listen I spent over $1000 on three bikes. They sent me one, without the basket and accessories, even though the invoice said it was all sent . They keep moving the dates up for my white bikes. Its very frustrating

Was wanting to purchase another one of your Flatfoot Stretch Beach Cruisers, after my first one was stolen. Sent word in February about wanting the same bike as before, but life happened to distract with the death of my Mother, and so didn’t return to Firmstrong until May. Was informed, after these months, that the particular style of bicycle was no longer in production. They could have mentioned that in February. Reproduce the Rebel Beach Cruiser

First the website makes it seem as if the bikes are made in the USA. Mine arrived and Made in China. Before I made the purchase, (2 bikes) I tried calling Many times and left Many messages as I had questions on 2 different models. I went ahead and ordered but after receiving them, had I been able to talk to someone, as their videos claim, I would have upgraded my purchase. I like the bikes. I do NOT like business and will not order again or recommend them for LACK of customer service. I also emailed them how upset I was and have never received a reply.

I bought the bike for my son and the chain continues to fall off so often that he no longer rides the bike. I have taken it to a repair shop, spent a lot of money to fix the chain from falling off, and it continued. I would not recommend this bike to anyone.

All I had asked for was a simple replacement screw for the fenders that was missing in the box. They wanted all kinds of proof etc that I had purchased the bike! It’s a simple screw that costs a few cents! Obviously I have the bike, why else would I know it’s missing a screw?!?

I ordered a firmstrong mens urban cruiser in October of last year (2017). They e-mail and tell me the bike will be sent in June or July of this year. This is the second time they have e-mailed a delay. The bike has been paid for; now I do not knowif I will ever see it.
