When I purchased my Firmstrong bike I had a unique experience where I had a lot of gift cards to use. The customer service person over the phone was extremely patient and went above and beyond to help me even took time to find if the bike I really wanted was in stock even though it said sold out. She called right back and informed me there was 1 left. Cashing in the gift cards took a while but she was a great sport and made the experience fun. Once I received the bike it was easy to put together and honestly, it's been the best bike I ever had.

We bought 2 Firmstrong bikes back in February just before the big COVID19 adventure began. We ride almost every day and they have been perfect! From order to shipping/receiving and assembly...all was very easy! Exactly what we were looking for and will definitely buy again. I ordered a Firmstrong Urban Deluxe for myself. I wanted something really comfortable that I could stretch out and enjoy the ride. It has a super smooth ride and always gets me there in comfort. I recommend this bike to anyone over six feet tall who wants to sit back and relax while cruising. I also ordered a Bella Classic for my daughter. She our crew her first bike with training wheels and I wanted her to have a bike she would enjoy. We Crusoe the neighborhood together in style!

My husband and I traded in our mountain bikes for these two beach cruisers since we love to ride at the beach and they have been great bikes and we get so many compliments on them. I love that we have 3 gears as well to help with the occasional hills! Got a cute basket and bell as well! I would highly recommend them!
