Not bad for the price but the customer service and quality are questionable. I ordered 3 bikes with one having damage on arrival. Not bad but it was the nut used to attached the handle bars. We ordered the bikes to deliver so we could use them on vacation in Florida. Working with customer service was a debacle. It took more than a week to get the replacement nut. Not something you can just pick up at the local bike shop. I think it took over 5 calls to resolve. The chrome is a cheap application. We are on the beach and surface rust started within a month or two. Average bike and below average service.

First off, I absolutely love the bike. My wife ordered it in mid-November for my Christmas gift. It was supposed to ship in 7-10 days, but I didn't receive the bike itself, until after Christmas. Oddly, it came in 3 separate shipments. After multiple calls to your CS department, we finally received the bike a few days after Christmas (accessories arrived 2-3 weeks earlier). Unfortunately, upon receipt, I discovered that it didn't have the tires I had ordered (paid extra for), so we had to call CS again to get the tires mailed to us. They paid to have the tires installed at a local bike shop, which was the appropriate thing to do. I was having the bike rack installed along with the tires. The rack was sold with the bike, as I "custom built" it on your website. We discovered that the rack wouldn't fit without an extra conversion piece. At that point, I concluded it wasn't worth waiting any longer for the bike to be complete, or dealing with your CS department again, so I paid for the conversion kit out of pocket. I love the bike, but your Customer Service Department and order accuracy leaves a lot to be desired.
