My problem with it was the instructions were very generic, the two protective pieces that should have been on the base of the handle bar unit were in a separate bag so I was trying to figure out where on the bike they were supposed to go. (Watched YouTube video to put bike together and found out what those pieces were, trash). Also, the leather seat had tears where the adjustment gears were, scratched paint in some places and one of the rear fender arms had been bent out of position. My daughter loves it so we didn’t return it

Very nice bike (7 speed urban) only small problem front rim bent rubbing on brake. Will be sending back for a new one, other than that all good

I had a small damaged part on receipt, the shifter cable sleeve. I asked 3 separate times for a replacement part. Each time it was a 3 step process where they forgot what I needed, asked for photographic evidence repeated, and then failed to ship it. They finally shipped the wrong part. I gave up and was able to get a replacement at a local store. Very frustrating.

So my daughter, husband, and I all have a Firmstrong. I have the 7 speed and I have had to get service 3 Times now for the gears. They either won’t shift or won’t stop making noise. I wish I had gotten the 3 speed like my daughter who has only had some minor issues. Oh well. Lesson learned

Upon trying to order a custom color combination, the online order would not process. Since no specific reason was noted, I called the company. I was told the order would not process because one or more of the color components was on backorder. I asked if I would be notified when they were back in stock and was told I would just have to keep checking back because they didn’t know! After waiting 5 months and checking back each month, I ended up ordering a different color. Had the reviews for the bike not been so good, I would definitely have gone with another company. That said, the second choice bike we ordered came in a timely manner and is good quality. In this day and age, to not have the ability to notify customers of special order status is bizarre. These are not inexpensive bikes.

The same components fail almost immediately upon purchase of the chrome beach cruisers!(I’ve had 4 of this model bike now) The pre-2010 version was the only one while well weathered/used, did not fail or break often. Since 2014 the new chrome beach cruisers: Pedals break within the first week (went threw 5 sets before buying 3rd party pedals) Front fenders crack eventually Handlebar caps break easily

Really love my bike but it came with a badly dented fender.

Bike looks great...but been having a few issues. Cannot get the stem to stay tight. Gears are very difficult to adjust...been trying to get all 3 gears to work...tried following instructions to no avail. I do like the bike over all.
