I love my cruiser bike!

I love my purchased! I had an issue with one of the bar handles. I called the company, and they sent me a new one. I was very happy with the customer service they provided.

Bike had a few problems when it arrived, I called Firmstrong, and they fixed them IMMEDIATELY. I have never had better customer service from anyone. You can buy with confidence from these people. If your bike is not perfect when you get it, they will fix it.........

I absolutely love my bike! It is comfortable, rides nice, and looks great. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone!!

Actually, I didn't have an experience with Firmstrong Bikes. I haven't bought one and haven't contacted the company. I have no idea why I'm being asked to rate it, but their bikes look nice and if I was going to purchase a bike, I would consider one alongside of the Mango Macaw. It wold be a tough decision to make, though, since I like both. But I wouldn't have to buy fenders for the Mango bike. Or matching rims. They come with them. That might tip the scales in their favor.

Purchase a Firmstrong Big Chief 3.0 since I needed a bicycle for a heavier rider. The bike frame itself is very well built. Overall seems like quality construction. I did not care for the rim and tires that came with the bike, wo I swapped thos out. As well as the stem, handlebars and seat. Very happy with my purchase. I'd highly recommend Firmstrong bicycles to anyone looking for a well built bicycle.
