Great bikes, great price, great service. What more could you ask for?

I just LOVE my new Firmstrong bicycle! I have the Ladies Bella Fashionista 3 speed Beach Cruiser, in white with pink rims. I jazzed her up by adding the pink Firmstrong bell, and coordinated pastel colors with a terry-cloth towel seat cover, (to protect the white seat from getting dirty) an iPhone handlebar amplifier (so I can listen to hands-free music, while I ride) and a white wicker basket, with a super cute beach themed liner! I get complements EVERYWHERE I ride her! Be it at the beach, or the local paved bike trail! Everyone yells “I like your bike” or “cute bike” as I’m rolling by! I am in my 50s, and I feel soooo YOUNG on this bike! Lol. I swear, I ride longer, because she’s so cute and so fun! Not only is she cute, this bike is sturdy and well made. It’s also got a good seat—which makes it very comfortable to ride. I am glad I purchased the 3 speed, which helps when the trail becomes slightly hilly. Changing from one gear to another, is seamless. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Additionally, when my bike was put together, (via a 3rd party retailer) one screw was missing in the fender. I probably could’ve replaced it any bike store. But I was unsure if Firmstrong uses a certain screw, and I wanted them to all be the same/match. I emailed the company directly, and within days, a small package arrived at my home, with plenty of replacement screws! (I only needed one) It was nice to have such awesome customer service, with a product that I already love. Nice to know that, they are not a “take your money, and run!” type of company! I highly recommend this product, or other products from this company. Thank you Firmstrong. I am very happy. It’s going to be an awesome summer!

My bike arrived damaged from shipping and the customer service went up and beyond to help me.

Great bike! Shipping was fast, assembly wasn't too difficult, and the wife loves her 7 speed.

Bought the Firmstrong Chief, 3 sp Beach Cruiser. Delivered on time, set up was a breeze, and as far as I can tell, just a week of riding it under my belt, the bike is quality built, and I would highly recommend it to friends. Proby Key West, Florida

Great bike, super quick delivery

Our custom bike was shipped very quickly. There were a couple minor issues (got a light instead of a bell) but the help email responded right away and resolved everything.

I bought the urban 3 speed beach cruzer & I have never had a better riding bike then the Firmstrong. I can say that I recommend this bike hands down over anything I've ever rode .
