I love my bicycle! My frame was back ordered; customer service did a great job keeping me informed. When the bicycle arrived, the Kroozie was missing and again, I received great customer service and my Kroozie was promptly sent.

Fantastic assistance was provided by Firmstrong when my bike was mistakenly shipped to their facility instead of my address. I am tremendously impressed (and grateful) for the supportive and helpful attitude and actions by the Firmstrong team!

I was scouring Craigslist for a deal on a Schwinn Cruiser, but ended up purchasing an Urban Man cruiser via the Firmstrong website when I realized I could get something new, lighter and customized to my needs for a few dollars more. Went with the single speed in chrome with decals removed. The purchase process was easy and price was right. I love the way it looks and rides, and it's extremely comfortable. The assembly process was simple, even for me, and I'm not good at that stuff.

Loved my bike so much we bought another for my husband. Had a problem with a front wheel bearing and the customer service was AWESOME! We even received an email response on a Sunday, and they were very flexible in getting our issue fixed with a solution that worked for us! This type of service is rare these days and it is certainly appreciated! Thanks! 😊🚲
