Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

When the bike came I was very excited. When we started assembly it seemed easy then we ran into not having all the screws needed to assemble the fender braces and the back rack and the front basket. Those screws were ordered and a few days later arrived. The screws for the braces came, The hardware to install the rack and basket did not arrive. I still need to contact the parts division to get the correct bolt for the rack to mount to the frame. And need to order the bolts for the basket to connect to the frame for the basket. The bike is nice the wheel spokes need adjustment there is a little wobble in the wheel. Other than that it rides nice. Although for what I paid, next time I will probably just buy a bike at a local shop.

The bike was delivered with a ding on the fender. The way it was packaged it couldn’t have happened during shipping which means someone did t look it over before boxing it up. Of course I would have to pack it all back up to return it and it’s not worth the fuss given it was a birthday gift and I didnt have time to return it.

The directions for the bike were very vague did not include model that I had purchased, pedals on bike not that good cheap, seat for bike was bent. If I had done more research on the bike I belive would have purchased from another manufacture.

I left 3 messages and never received a return phone call

I really put off this review for quite some time because...... I haven't received my bicycle?! Since they said that it's the last they contact for a review I decided to do it since they estimate 6-10 days before shipping on custom orders. It's been 2 weeks. I've reached a few times and have received almost automated responses about my bicycle. I bought it for a summer bike and am hoping it comes in time for summer. So far my experience has not been great. Well see when and if I get my bike.

ORDERED: Firmstrong Urban Lady Limited Single Speed - Women's 26" Beach Cruiser Bike × 1 Army Green with Pink Rims BUT GOT Black with Pink Rims!! Somebody cant read in shipping!! Was a Birthday Present so not worth waiting another week plus for shipping to correct.

Fenders on bike were damaged in shipping. I emailed company and I never heard back. I had to send another email. Customer Service said they would replace and to send pictures. I did so and have not received another response. I love the bike so I hope they make this right. Their customer service is the reason for this low rating.

Delivery was poor. Ordered two bikes (womens and mens) Parts of each bike received on different shipments. Had to wait to complete assembly. the quality overall was average at best. Have to retighted handlebars on severall occasions. Would not purchase again.
