Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

My wife and I love our Firmstrong Urban bikes! They look great and are really comfortable!

Easy to order, quick delivery and all parts in perfect condition.

I purchased a used bicycle that was missing some parts. I sent an email to Firmstrong and within 15 minutes I received a response from a Customer Care Representative named Lara. She was knowledgeable about the product and the parts I needed. She checked with the warehouse to make sure the parts were available and let me know that someone would be sending me an invoice. I received the invoice from Joyce Cachapero shortly thereafter, and was notified the product would ship as soon as the warehouse could process the request. I was notified when the product shipped and it arrived a few days later. Kudo's to an outstanding Customer Care team.

Beautiful styling, well made, outstanding fit and finish, beautiful high quality paint job, well packaged! Very satisfied with everything!

Great product, even better service. Thanks to Rico for outstanding service!

Hi, I got a 7 speed Firmstong Bella in mint green with basket for my Birthday (61) from my husband. Just love it, it’s so pretty. Received it in 4 business days like they said in perfect condition. Missing decals on bike, Lara had them sent to me right away and within 3 days received the decals. So happy with the service. I just love my new bike! Thank you! And Thank You Lara for all your help!
