Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

This is my second purchase. Love their bikes. My husband will be purchasing one as well.

Great customer service. Had a bad rear wheel (coaster brake) and Firmstrong sent a replacement and I received it w/in 2 days and no need to return the original. I had also mistakenly ordered 2 of the same accessory and they immediately credited my card after I called them. Will definitely do business again and refer others

Great bikes! Grest value! Easy to assemble. Looks good, cool lines, good color options I bought 2 of my daughters Firmstrong bikes and they live them!!

No issues I got what they promised

Love,Love, Love !!!!

I am really enjoying riding the Bruiser Cruiser with my kids. It is a very comfortable riding position for me (5'10" 190lbs) once I adjusted the seat and handle bars after riding a few times. The chains and bearings feel very smooth while riding. The order arrived on time and was well packaged. Assembly was easy and my kids helped. I plan to have this bike for years to come. Karsten
