I made an order with them months ago and have not recieved anything and they will not return emails at all. never again

This is a scam website. I had a bad feeling as soon as I submitted the order. They take your financial and personal info, then 24-48 hours later they cancel the order. By then, they have probably sold your info to a 3rd party for identity theft or some other illegal activity. I contacted my bank right after I found other negative reviews and canceled my credit card. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully they will shut them down. Like the old saying goes, If it seems too good to be true, it probably is". Price was way too good. Should have researched them first.

This is true what they say online. Don't bother ordering from them . After 3 days of your order you get an email that your order was cancelled. it's not a legit company at all. i just feel sorry for giving my debit card details .calling them is just a waste of time ...no one picks up the phone..Stay away from them!!!!!

Someone needs to take this site down. It's completely bogus. The site claims every single item is in stock - that isn't the case at all. Plus, the prices are too good to be believable but I thought I'd go ahead and order to see what happened. Just like the only other review I've seen posted, this was my experience. Don't bother ordering from them but this site shouldn't even be allowed to exist.

Purchased 4 chimney caps which were “in stock” according to the web site. They were on sale for a great price. Waited over a week then got a 1 line email with a name saying my order had been cancelled and money refunded. Not a good way to do business! Very deceiving and poor communication. Just hope they actually refunded my credit card.
