Yes, they scammed me as well. I was keen to the fact the charge was not pending on my account. I also did not receive an order confirmation so I immediately called my card company to cancel. I will report this site to the Attorney General's office in California and I suggest that if you have been scammed, to do as well. The more complaints received against this bogus site- the scammers will be held responsible and prosecuted. One last, the address does exist, but it is located in a healthcare facility....

Took my credit card number. Never received the product. Their phone number is disconnected. Now I have to cancel my card. Then re-enter all my auto-pays on my new card. What a pain! This company is a fraud. They have a nice website with lots of promises but it is all bogus.

I ordered a Chimney Cap from Fireplacess.com on 1/22/2023 A month later it had not arrived. I got on their web site & the phone number was not in service. I went to BBB & saw several other complaints had been filed for the same thing. Their address is showing as office space for rent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Stole my money. Ordered a screen. Never got it. Haven’t heard from them. Can’t find them.

Beyond the fact that you can't actually order anything on the site, I'm pretty sure they stole my credit card info. The purchase failed in a very suspicious way, and less than a week later, I'm getting confirmed fraudulent purchases on Amazon.

Scam website, they have stolen fireplace images and products from the fireplace industry from trusted websites around the internet. Including the EZ Fireplace door which is a built from scratch door from another website (and all it's descriptions). They do not return emails or phone calls now for over 12 months.
