Beautiful fire table! And first-rate 5-star customer service from owner Gary and coordinator Tiffany — they were always available, attentive, and good problem solvers. I would give fewer stars to the outside freight delivery service — Hollywood Freight. Our item weighed 350 pounds, and the back and forth re restrictions and their “rules” made for unnecessary last- minute drama.

Chat was amazing. They were available late in the evening, answered all my question and sent me the invoice to place the purchase. Easy as can be. Our fire pit is everything we could have wanted, looks like a tree trunk. We love it.
