The best packaging of a product for shipping I've ever seen. It is a beautiful fire pit.
Response from FirepitsurplusAug 18, 2026
Stephen, the packaging is something we take seriously, so that means a lot to hear. And nothing beats a fire pit that actually lives up to what you were hoping for. Enjoy it.

Evelyn, under a week from order to delivery on a wood stove is exactly how it should go. Darrel will be really happy to hear this, and we appreciate you spreading the word. Enjoy the new wood-burning stove.

Love this fire pit! It was easy to set up and looks great! It’s become the perfect centerpiece for relaxing evenings on my patio and gatherings with family and friends. It’s very heavy so it may be worth investing in their white glove delivery service. I had to bribe the delivery guy to get him to bring it to my patio. That said, great quality and well worth the purchase!

Cam, hearing that your fire pit has become the centerpiece for patio evenings and family gatherings is exactly why we do what we do. That is the whole point of what we sell. I do want to address the delivery situation though. Nobody should have to negotiate with a driver just to get their outdoor fire pit moved to the right spot on their property. Our white glove delivery service exists specifically to handle heavy units like this one properly, and I would encourage anyone ordering a larger piece to consider it. If you ever need anything for your setup going forward, please do not hesitate to reach out.

William, the Drolet HT 3000 arriving fully assembled and crated that securely is the standard we hold on every wood stove shipment. You are going to love it once heating season hits.
