Do not buy from Fire Pit Surplus
Do not buy from this business. We ordered a fire pit the end of December 2024 and still have not received it. It was not listed as back ordered when we purchased it but after never receiving communication about shipment I called early January and was told it was back ordered. We have never received any updated information from them. Now it’s February and I’ve still not had any communication from them. Starting to wonder if this is a fraudulent website!

We are so sorry for this experience and we completely understand why the silence made this feel the way it did. A fire pit order placed in late December with no proactive updates about the backorder through January and into February is a genuine failure on our part and we own that fully. We are not a fraudulent business, but we understand why that question came up given how this was handled. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to and this should not have happened.
