Joseph, 10 minutes from unboxing to a fire going is honestly the gold standard for fire pit setup. Happy it delivered on that.

Jordan, choosing the right size concrete fire pit for a specific outdoor space is one of those decisions that can make or break the whole look of a patio. Happy the team got that conversation right before the order. The transformation you are describing is exactly what we work toward.

Shoshana, a customer who keeps coming back across multiple orders is the most honest review we can get. Better than expected is a standard we take seriously. Thank you for trusting us each time.

Iris, "one of the best fire pits I've seen" from someone with multiple reviews on here genuinely means something. Hope it becomes the go-to spot for a lot of good evenings in your yard.

A last-minute address change on a gas patio heater shipment is exactly the kind of thing our support team is built to handle without making it a whole ordeal. The part about your mom loving it in Michigan though, that is what makes it worth it. Give her our best.

The Hampton fire pit is one of those pieces that just works wherever it goes. So happy the whole experience matched it. Thank you for taking the time to share this, it genuinely means a lot.

Geff, this might be one of our favorite reviews we have gotten. A propane fire pit in a regular NJ backyard, one button, fire going, drink in hand, dog by the pool. That is the whole point of what we sell and it has nothing to do with California mansions. Thank you for this.
