I had an amazing experience with Fire Pit Surplus. The team helped me pick the right fire pit for my backyard, answered all my questions, and made the whole process super easy. Shipping was quick, the quality is incredible, and the setup was straightforward. My outdoor space looks completely upgraded now. Highly recommend them if you want great products and even better customer service!

Had a broken baffle that was instantly replaced and a $120 credit back for scratches…. Would purchase again, very good customer service
Response from FirepitsurplusAug 19, 2026
Stephen, a broken baffle and scratches on a wood stove arriving is not what anyone should deal with. Getting that resolved quickly with a replacement and a credit is the least we could do. Really appreciate you giving us the chance to make it right.

Wouldn't buy from anywhere else
As a property manager, I’ve worked with a lot of vendors and Fire Pit Surplus is easily one of the best. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always helps me find the right fire pits for our properties. Orders arrive on time, the products look fantastic, and our residents love the upgrade. It’s rare to find a company that combines great service, quality products, and competitive pricing like this. Highly recommend them for any commercial or residential property projects.
Response from FirepitsurplusAug 19, 2026
Jake, property managers working across multiple locations are some of our most valued customers, and knowing residents are actually enjoying the outdoor fire features at your properties is exactly the result we work toward. Fire pits and outdoor living upgrades at the commercial level do more than look good. They create gathering spaces that residents remember. Really appreciate the long-term trust and we look forward to supporting your next project.
