Firenze JewelsReviews of firenzejewels.com

Bought an engagement ring as well as both wedding bands and had a wonderful experience. Ron was attentive, personable, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Many thanks to Firenze for our wonderful experience.

I found a great looking ring at a good price on their website. They shipped it very fast, and it looked just as nice in person.

Ordered an eternity band for my wedding. It is gorgeous!! Had to wait 6 weeks for it, but it was worth it :) Gabrielle was helpful and responsive.

Buying jewelry has always been hard for me! But the staff at Firenze Jewels made it a great experience! From the minute I walked in they made you feel welcome and there was not the typical pressure to buy. Their patient and knowledgeable staff were there to answer every question and they all worked as a team even though I was dealing with 1 salesperson. Because of this, the engagement ring I bought my fiancé came out perfect! I will go to no other jeweler than Firenze!

Superior quality to all their jewlery. Welcoming and kind staff with sales. A must go to for anyone in the area.

We have been buying form Karey at Firenze for over a decade, the quality and service are the best. if you are going to buy investment or estate grade jewelry it is worth the effort to go spend some time in NY City and visit their shop

I worked with Kerry to have my diamond engagement ring reset after 30+years. She helped me choose a beautiful setting with emeralds and diamonds and when it was delivered to me it was spectacular. Thank you Kerry and Firenze. You are my go to jeweler always as well as my friends.
