I have loved everything about FDC! The people running this business are a breath of fresh air, and I cannot recommend them enough.

This is an awesome company with a lot of awesome people working for an awesome couple of guys i will forever be doing my business with this company for the rest of my life I wish them all the success in the world

This company claims to sell at wholesale prices. This is false. While the items they sell are discounted, the average price seems to be about 5-10% less than retail. Most of the prices i saw can be beaten periodically at most big retailers when they list items on sale. There are several other fees they charge which the big retailers dont. Which makes this even less of a deal than they advertise it being. I also signed up for the free trial they offer and they charged my card for the membership fee within 3 days of signing up. When i emailed them about it, they would not return the fee and were pretty rude during the transaction. In short, dont waste your time signing up for this. Its not worth it.

Great costumer service and unbeatable prices

I would give them a -5 if I could! My husband loved them at 1st. Then the shipping costs kept going up. It's not worth it when the shipping costs twice what the product costs. Then they charged my card $149.00 subscription fee on a Sunday with no notice. They will not refund it and were rude. I will tell everyone I know to NOT do business with them!

Firearms Direct Club is the real deal. The process was fast, straight-forward, and totally hassle-free. Communication was solid the whole way through, and my order showed up exactly as advertised. Pricing is honest, shipping was quick, and the customer service actually cares — which is rare in this industry. I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.

The process was very simple and open.. great communication ill absolutely be using them again

Fantastic experience, highly recommend. The only time I needed assistance with canceling an order it was taken care of, shipping is generally very fast, good company. If I had to critique anything, the website leave something to be desired, mainly from mobile devices, where I’m most likely to be ordering from. Still great deals and a solid company.
