the representative was courteous; knowledgeable and very impatient did answer all my questions and thank to her i was able to get a loan with great interest rate.

Beware of spammy calls and emails
I filled out a simple form to "check my rate" on this site. Now, I am completely inundated with emails and phone calls from dozens of companies trying to sell me loans that I'm not interested in. Many of these partners provide absolutely no way to "opt out" or to make the emails and calls stop. What a headache! Fiona's website does not provide any way to opt out of this, or prevent your information from being blasted to dozens of other companies beforehand. Terrible experience and terrible company for doing this. Buried in their privacy policy is a CYA clause that says they will provide all of your inputted information to their "partners" for marketing and transactional purposes. They have a separate clause saying they are "not in the business of selling" information to other parties which is obviously wrong and contradictory.
