Very easy to work with and the product comes out perfect! Highly recommend for anyone. I will be a customer for a long time for sure.

Communication was awesome. They confirmed the design twice before making it, once with the computer generated image and then they made an actual which helped me visualize it better. Very helpful all the way around. Will keep them in mind for future projects.

Starting in August I tried to get a mockup done as their website states “free samples” - news flash they don’t do that. I provided the EPS file, colors, design, everything as I have a marketing company that handles all of that. I then had to proceed to purchase 100 to get my free sample. I then never received a physical sample, rather a picture of a “sample” that was 3D printed and not PVC printed. They then wanted to keep $20 of my deposit as they “did work.” During this time of close to 2 months they continued to “try to make it right” but that was a scam. They simply wanted to keep my money and provide no services. When pressed to cancel they always wanted to “fix” it until I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I have this all documented and would stay far away from Jason and Peter at Fineyst Patches.

Good communications, worked with me to make sure it was what I wanted!!

At first, I was skeptical. Dealing with a design firm that you find on the Internet isn't very reassuring. I was pleasantly surprised! The company has professional processes to make sure that the design is done the way you want it the first time. Customer service was excellent. The pricing was excellent for the quality that you received. I would use them again without hesitation.

I was able to upload my photos and design my own patch.. It takes time so don't be in a rush.

Great price, quick delivery, fantastic detail.

The process was so easy. I made a few changes along the way. The team at Fineyst Patches was so helpful. The first batch came out so good. I know I’ll be ordering again.
