Starting in August I tried to get a mockup done as their website states “free samples” - news flash they don’t do that. I provided the EPS file, colors, design, everything as I have a marketing company that handles all of that. I then had to proceed to purchase 100 to get my free sample. I then never received a physical sample, rather a picture of a “sample” that was 3D printed and not PVC printed. They then wanted to keep $20 of my deposit as they “did work.” During this time of close to 2 months they continued to “try to make it right” but that was a scam. They simply wanted to keep my money and provide no services. When pressed to cancel they always wanted to “fix” it until I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I have this all documented and would stay far away from Jason and Peter at Fineyst Patches.

I confirmed delivery by 9/25 for an event I was ordering for, before placing my order. They said they would get them delivered by 9/25. I received them on 9/28 at which was too late for my event and I was not able to use the patches. I had been in contact via email for updates. I requested a refund and they refused. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am still waiting for my patches my order number is 1326. I received half of them and was told I'd have a tracking number for the other half that was completed, withing 24-48 hours. That was on September 21st it is now September 29. They sent me a short 3 second video as "Proof" they were done. I could see a pile of my patches as well as several other piles of patches. When I asked about the video they said they ran out of material at the US plant and needed their over seas plant to remake the order of both patches. When I asked why they didn't email me an update, they just ignored the answer and assured me the patches were being shipped and would arrive soon. I brought up the fact that I thought it was unethical business practice to give the impression of being a US company by stating they are US "Based." I understand it's not illegal to say that because you can have your company "Based" anywhere. Eventually they took 10% off and promised to refund it. I asked when I would see that because I was supposed to already have my patches and was still waiting for them. I was assured I would receive it immediately and they would appreciate it if I removed my review. I let them know I still haven't received anything I paid for weeks before and I was not going to remove my review based on assurances that have already been unfulfilled. I have a sneaky suspicion they are ALL made over seas and then shipped to their distribution center in the US and sent out like they were manufactured here in the US. I won't be doing business with FineystPatches again and I would NOT recommend anyone else to either!
