I haven’t received my order

I placed order on 1/12 and still has not even shipped,,,,

You f****** suck

Kept sending notices that would be here on 12/30. UPS never stopped or left notice although they claimed were here. Security cameras showed them across street, never got out of truck. Wouldn't deliver until 1/2/20. Their fault and would not make it right. Rating of 0 for delivery.

We order a bottle of redrum on the 1st of January 2020. We still have not received the bottle or a response to our many attempts to contact the winery... this was a birthday gift. Very disappointing

I have not received the beer I ordered

I paid $20 for overnight shipping and did not receive product for 3 days.

Why one star? Cause they fulfilled the first order as a guest, I accidentally got the delivery that was more than the bottle of whiskey. So I sign up cause I like that whiskey, which now is not inventory there anymore. So what's the point of the place if the inventory changes that quickly. Or even says out of stock. No trace of it.!!
