Had the sake in stock. I made a error when entering my email address. Followed up with a phone call and advised the person and she reviewed my email address to confirm that I had entered it incorrectly. She corrected the email address and forwarded my receipt and advised that the Sake had been shipped. Very pleasant experience and would use them in the future.

I'm usually skeptical about ordering wine online. I prefer to go to the store and get it. However I was looking for a sparkling wine that has been discontinued and couldn't find anymore. I searched other places online but had terrible reviews so I went with finewinehouse.com, glad I did because I placed my order on Monday and received it on Wednesday! Excellent service and fast shipping. I used the GSO shipping company (the cheapest one) and they delivered in the day said they were gonna deliver and it was around 12pm so I was at home and waiting for it since I had to sign. I will purchase more of these wines in this company.
