Extended wait on my order. Received a shipped notice only to email them a week later after still not receiving it and being told they couldn’t fill my order, very unprofessional.

I never got my order

I placed my order a couple of weeks before my husband's birthday on May 13, and I still haven't received the order. I'm not happy at all with this company and won't be endorsing or using them again.

My package Took much longer than I thought it would.

The wine was superb and I would highly recommend it to anyone. However, shipping was a MONUMENTAL DISASTER!! We were notified on a "signature required" delivery to be made on Sunday and stayed home. NO DELIVERY. Then the "Delivery Pending" notice came. The next scheduled delivery was on the following Tuesday. Ewe stayed home. NO DELIVERY that day. Finally, it was re\scheduled for Wednesday and not did arrive early evening. If you are missing work (and pay :-) to stay home to sign, you might want to think long and hard about the shipping they offer. Caveat emptor!!!!
