Ordered nearly a month ago, no product. Tracking number on the website doesn't work. You sent out a survey without verify the order was even filled.

The bottle of wine has yet to be delivered. It has been 18 days. No updates given from Fine Wine. FedEx states "Order Delayed." I will be getting the $300 ordered canceled via my credit card and money returned.

We ordered 2 cases of Pearson Bros.Saccharo Honey wine but have not yet received the shipment. This was ordered about 3 or 4 weeks ago. The order # is 30111639. We understand there is a problem at the winery however the Wine House has not sent me an e-mail or phone call as to what we can expect regarding this order. Please be in touch with me. My order was sitting for 2 weeks before I was notified it wouldn’t ship until at least a month after I placed the order. Poor communication and not recommended.

Actually I never got the order, even though I did get a shipping announcement.

I placed my order on Dec. 16th and still haven’t received it. Today is Jan. 6th There is no tracking information and I have received no response to my inquiry. Thumbs down.

Not sure what happened to my order, but haven't heard anything after three weeks. Maybe still arriving?
