The wine that I ordered was a good value, and it arrived safely and fresh. My only complaint is that when I use a debit card, I do not like having to wait for you to acknowledge my charges. The amount came out of my bank account immediately, but it was over 24 hours before I received an email from you that verified the purchase. I re-ordered wine last Friday - which may have been an error on my part. You have yet to communicate with me about this order/error, but the money has definitely been deducted from my account.

The price and availability of the spirits we order is good. The shipping company's delivery (GSO) was sub-standard due to the fact that they: * Sent us a delivery notification for the wrong order. * Re-issued delivery notification but had no way of contacting us directly to complete the delivery. Hence, our shipment sat idle, while showing online that the delivery date was rescheduled, then not delivered because of the inability to contact us. When contacted, their response was they were waiting for Fine Wine House to make the contact. Is it possible to give GSO a contact number to avoid the delay in the first place?

Shipper left a lot to be desired. Not a major company. Only delivered to my area in Arizona in the afternoon. I work then so I had to set up a delivery to a neighbor. Couldn't do a local pick up as the nearest spot was 3 hours away.

Great things about it it’s their fast shipping a delivery at fair prices. I’m only giving them 3 starts because I ordered a limited edition bottle ( Clase Azul 20th Anniversary) and they sent it without its original box, so I was very dissatisfied.

This review would be higher except they shipped wine via UPS in mid July to the midwest where it was in the mid 90's daily and the wine cooked. I've reached out for a refund or re-ship and have gotten no response.

Mystery Case Will never order a mystery case again. 6 reds / 6 whites - I assumed that there would be a better variety not 6 all the same reds and 6 all the same whites.
