my experiences with finesse have only ever been positive! from their endless range of quality, high-fashion trendy pieces, to super speedy shipping and proactive engagement with their audience to find out what THEY want from them, they really have it all. i’m a huge concert/outing girl, and finesse is my go-to for all the statement pieces in my closet <3 i’ve recommended them to all my friends at this point! i’ve basically become their spokesperson but that’s how much i love this brand! finesse 4 ever

The quality of the items was great. Unfortunately, they did not fit. Thanks to the FINESSE customer service team the return process was incredibly easy. You get the option to earn store credit or get a full refund. 10/10 experience. :)
