We lost our precious 8 year old daughter, Katie Bug, to cqncer in 2013. It took 5 years to get to the point where we were able to face purchasing a monument for her. Fine's went above and beyond with their professionalism, sensitivity, and customer service. Katie's Angel turned out far more Beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We purchased a large fountain for our commercial space courtyard. Originally we picked something that ultimately would not work out for us and we were able to get they were able to work with us and get something that would fit our space much better. We were unable to go in person but we received pictures and information that really helped us make the decision. Fine's was even helpful enough to recommend an installer who did an awesome job. Overall we really appreciated them working with us to find something that we would love for a long time.

As the president of our HOA and in charge of finding a replacement fountain for our neighborhood park area I found it extremely challenging. Shopping websites was time consuming and frustrating until I came upon Fine Gallery Internet, LLC. I was able to speak with Chris on the telephone and explain what our desires where. Shortly after our conversation, Chris submitted a beautiful cast bronze fountain that met our needs and price that fit our budget and surprisingly was available in a short time. A promise of 4 to 6 weeks was met. Shipping from Florida to New York was painless. It arrived professionally crated and in excellent condition. We look forward to unveiling the fountain in late April. Chris was a pleasure dealing with, replied to emails promptly and extremely courteous on the telephone. Would not hesitate for a minute to purchase another product from Fine Gallery Internet LLC again

Horrible experience. Purchased furniture. They changed the price and would not give me the furniture even though I had a receipt marked ALL SALES FINAL. Treated badly. Even asked to leave property. Will never go there again
