FineRoot will not stop auto ship.
I have tried several times to stop auto ship but this company answers emails then goes ahead and takes money and sends more product. I am very unhappy with their refusal to stop sending the product. I have taken it for six weeks now and I see no difference in my health. I did NOT sign up for auto ship as I have been caught before with another company who also refused to stop sending the product despite my frequent requests to do so. I do not recommend this product or the company selling it.

I have had the worst experience from…
I have had the worst experience from this site, the second.last email from the company saying sorry and will refund my money????? Now this morning they say my order is on its way will take two weeks!!! Absolutely disgusting site

I ordered this product lawaiting on productst month,they…
I ordered this product last month,they have took the money for this month but no product has arrived. Iv taken my last dose today. I won't be renewing this unless it arrives today.

Scam subscription and no refund. Hopefully now sorted
I ordered some supplements and unknown to me, there was a hidden subscription obligation somewhere in the order. I would never sign to a subscription order. The company are also refusing to honour their returns policy on the items. Be very wary about buying from this company. There are several other reviewers who have fallen to the same con. In light of this review, the company offered me a full refund, that was 3 weeks ago. Despite follow up emails and further assurances thanking me for my patience, there is still no sign of the refund. I have today received a phonecall from Ron who has promised me a full refund. I hope this will resolve the issue. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how these mistakes are rectified that shows true worth. Further update soon I hope where I can delete these comments. Full refund received but they only paid it on condition that I improved the review.

Be very careful
Be very careful Sets up a subscription without making it clear Sends NO email confirming a subscription has been set up Saves your payment details without your consent Currently still refusing to cancel and refund the monies taken fraudulently from my account. Threatens your money to be frozen if you raise a dispute with the bank Ongoing complain

I ordered one bottle of Turmeric but…
I ordered one bottle of Turmeric but found it upset my stomach so am not interested in obtaining anymore. However the following month my bank account was debited for over £19 and I received a second order. I did not sign up for a subscription and I am angry that this has happened. BEWARE anyone buying from this company....
