Good company to deal with...
I accidentally subscribed to receive Turmeric tablets every month. I did this by mistake. I contacted customer service and spoke to Ron,telling him what I had done. He was understanding and had no issue refunding my money back. As for the tablets themselves they work very well and have definitely helped my joint pain.

Excellent response time to customer issues
Thank you Ron for calling me back so quickly even though I did not leave a message. Then you preceded to solve all the issues I had with the frequency of my deliveries on my subscription. I appreciate all your help and the added bonus was my discount on future orders.

I recently purchased pure Turmeric…
I recently purchased pure Turmeric Cucumin 95 from FineRoot. The ordering process was quite smooth, as was the cancellation of the product. I have to say a big thank you to Mario in customer support, for his professionalism and patience. Mario explained all ordering and cancelling procedures in detail and responded promptly to my inquires. Not very often you can find customer service as good as he provided in this instance.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
The best part of our experience was The Customer Service (5star). Although we had our parcel delivery (courier service) experience not at all satisfactory BUT The Customer Service by MARIO was EXCELLENT. We also had EXCELLENT Customer Service from Ron & Maricris. They, AS A TEAM, made everything possible to resolve & rectify the issue. Effective 20th JULY 2026, I have started taking Pure Turmeric Curcumin 95. KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS 👍.

I was a little apprehensive at first
I was a little apprehensive at first. Having used the turmeric capsules for over two months I have found them to be excellent for a couple of painful joints I had. No problems now though. I shall continue taking them, why wouldn’t I when they work for me. I did slightly over order to begin with but I can assure everyone that their support team were friendly and helpful, Ron in particular has helped me to regulate my future supply and payments. You can order with confidence people.
