Great service and product, good quality

Very poor response when I have a problem, happy to take your money but not to resolve any issues

Scam don't buy from them I bought a top on 22nd nov said I had to wait upto 30 days as pre order waited and nothing messaged them they said it had been sent on 13th Dec but the tracking info told me it so say been sent out 23rd Nov the day after I ordered messaged for refund nothing so reported to PayPal and got my refund straight away and if you notice other people's reviews they have said the same kind of dates so must be a copy tracking info they send out avoid

My order has still not arrived

Bought an England away shirt back in November, after making the order I noticed they do a players version of the same shirt so I emailed them to ask if I pay extra can I upgrade? No problem they said so I paid the extra £4 and waited. Shirt came in about 3/4 weeks, problem was it was the original shirt I ordered which I didn’t really want. After many emails they agreed to send the upgraded version which eventually came today. Moral of the story is they seem a decent shop to use but double check what you order as it saves a lot of hassle. I to have the problem of constantly receiving emails but it only takes a second to delete so not a problem. I will use again so it’s a thumbs up from me.
