Very poor response when I have a problem, happy to take your money but not to resolve any issues

Scam don't buy from them I bought a top on 22nd nov said I had to wait upto 30 days as pre order waited and nothing messaged them they said it had been sent on 13th Dec but the tracking info told me it so say been sent out 23rd Nov the day after I ordered messaged for refund nothing so reported to PayPal and got my refund straight away and if you notice other people's reviews they have said the same kind of dates so must be a copy tracking info they send out avoid

I casually browsed their website, idly adding something to my basket before changing my mind and leaving. I have since received an email almost daily asking me to complete my purchase. We're talking around 50 emails in a couple of months. I've emailed support 3 times and chatted with customer support twice to request they stop and am either assured they will (they don't) or ignored. Avoid unless you plan on purchasing or you will be absolutely tortured - actually you probably will be even if you do purchase.

I placed an order for two shirts on the 27th October 24, Very quickly received on the 29th items shipped great !! On the 8th November still no update or a tracking number was told because they come from overseas will update when it arrives in the UK, 13th Nov still no update was then told had been lost in transit !! Then was told the shirts i wanted were out of stock can i pick another Team I said now as they were for the team i follow can i have my money back finally on the 18th November was told i would get my money back now not returning my emails and no money back in my account as of the 26th November 24. Felt i have been miss sold and lead and no with no shits and money out the bank !! Not happy and would not recommend please if you read this take note and if you do order hope you get a better experience than me and if you dont then you were warned

They do not have a returns policy and fail to respond to emails. There’s no phone number to resolve. I have an issue with a shirt I purchased and now can’t get it returned.

Avoid at all cosy completely cocked my order up for 3 shirts all wrong colour wrong team wrong manufacturer and 2 out of 3 wrong sizes save your money don't bother completely ignoring all attempts at getting this resolved

Ordered 2 Leeds shirts, sent me a Man Utd and a Chelsea shirt 😂 Said they would send the correct shirts, but now getting bouncebacks from their email address, so guessing there's some kind of issue

Wrong shirt sent then no help , they asked me to pay an additional 5 dollars which I stupidly did. Now thay have gone dark and won't respond.
