When a search returns limited results, it usually means there isn’t much public information tied to that specific phone number - but that doesn’t always mean there’s nothing out there. Searching by an associated email address can sometimes reveal more. Our agent also added extra credits to your account so you could keep looking. However, this doesn’t mean the report is lost. Our support team can reset the report and resend the results once we’re able to locate your payment.
