Would not let me write a few kind words for Theodor W. Mayer. They kept interrupting, with other options, until I just gave up. This is the second time i tried in the past several years. Too bad so many people have nothing written about them. Nothing. No wonder, huh?Tedious interruptions, and steps. WHY????? Why try to manipulate what people write? It hurts a persons concentration. I am VERY OLD!!!

Signing in and registering is a nightmare. Half the time it doesn't register things properly. I had to register 4 times, all because I was trying to send flowers to a single grave. The first time I used a Firefox relay email and it said there was something wrong with the email. I didn't blame them for that, but when I used my real email it did the same thing. I had to re-register the second time because it didn't realize the captcha had been completed. Then, even though I activated my account through the email, it didn't register that I did that either and I had to have the activation email sent again. And then after all that, it still wouldn't let me sign in because "Something's wrong with your email/password" ????? Why do you even need to sign in to do something as simple as send a digital flower?

They allowed me to correct my grandmother’s dates of birth and death (given incorrectly by a 3rd or 4th cousin) - but now someone called Julia has taken over my account (no relation) and I cannot sign in to make further corrections, recently discovered. So Julia is now responsible for altering history.

FAR too many pop-up ads - they really get in the way; didn't used to be like this - now spoiled as far as ease of use is concerned.

Great idea that is a great source of grave information, but I have never succeeded in joining Find A Grave and getting interactive, sadly. I am a regular user of Ancestry and a computer literate person. Now after my umpteenth time of trying I am giving up and posting this review, in the hope that someone will accept that this side of their operation needs further work

For years I’ve been requesting administrative to correct significant error on my family’s information. No response.
