The Money Laundering and AML lecture series was expertly delivered. Once registered, access to case studies, an ebook with a vault of information relevant to the subject areas, which also summarises points per chapter, and a workflow as a test case scenario is shared. By the end of this course, professionals seeking to 'refresh' would have been richly rewarded! Perfect for Compliance Officers, Data Protection Officers, anyone upskilling &|or reskilling in these areas, Accounting Officers, and anyone seeking to penetrate this area. Take advantage of the lecturer's invitation to reach out with any questions OR even wanting to share your experiences in this area. All the best!

I joined FCA a year ago and wish I hadn't wasted the time and money.I completed some certificates (I did the certified AML course) but found that they were worthless in the UK job market; financial and legal institutions in the UK consider these qualifications to be irrelevant and I can see why. The course material is completely USA-centric and I don't believe that it is particularly helpful if you are aiming to work in the USA either. Other online teaching organisations are held in much higher regard in the world of Compliance and Due Diligence. With regard to content, I had to turn the lectures off because the AI robot that delivers them in the course sessions is so bad that it was a distraction. Instead I downloaded the transcripts of the lectures and read it. It then follows that you can simply 'Control+Find' the answers to all of the questions in the exams; this means you can complete any certificate in less than 30 minutes and score 100% every time without even reading the material! I can see why it's regarded as worthless by serious employers. And if you have any queries, the FCA take days to answer by email and even that is very limited. Oh, and if you pay to join, please remember to cancel your subscription renewal, they don't send a reminder and when you realise they have taken another year's subscription after 12 months, they will not refund you, even if you alert them on the day the money goes out. A company with zero integrity....running ethics and compliance courses! Please, just don't!

I took an AML and Compliance course at Udemy. I am very happy with the content, the pace and information provided in the course.

It's a good course on key aspects of sanctions Compliance with test of knowledge and assessments. Worth the time and money!!

I recently completed the AML Essential course on Udemy, and I must say it was an eye-opening experience. Coming from a background with no prior experience in the sector, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I was able to learn through this course. The content was detailed and presented in a clear, understandable manner, making it easy for beginners like myself to grasp complex concepts. The course provided me with a solid foundation in AML principles, despite my lack of prior knowledge in the field. The instructor did an excellent job of explaining key concepts and ensuring that even beginners could follow along easily.

Good , but could have included more practical cases.

Initially, I thought the content was acceptable, but my opinion is changing as I move through the Certified AML Professional course. First and foremost, the content is increasingly littered with grammatical and orthographic errors. Not only that, but the instructor-led videos have been produced with AI; these are not human instructors. On several occasions, I've noticed unnatural facial movements, lip sync errors, and at one point, the pitch of the instructor's voice changed considerably. It's bizarre and difficult to watch. If you want to see what I'm talking about, refer to the AML Foundations course > Module 2 > United Nations, International Monetary Fund, and World Bank lesson. If you watch from the start of the video until roughly 3:18, you'll observe all the things I mentioned above. I also want to mention that while there are elements of structured learning present on the platform, it hasn't been intuitively or intelligently designed at all. It's slow, glitchy and wholly disorganised. I wouldn't say these issues are deal breakers in terms pursuing a certification with the Financial Crime Academy, but they're definitely areas for improvement that should ideally be corrected without delay.
