While the majority of the content is AI generated garbage, I found the courses do teach a little bit which was nice. What is not nice is they make it impossible to cancel a subscription to their platform and give no way of requesting a service ticket to do so. I opted to cancel my subscription and have received numerous emails telling me my payment was declined. There should not be a payment when my subscription is canceled. Criminals.

The educational content are mostly AI…
The educational content are mostly AI generated videos and no caption to understand better while quality and courses are pretty bad arrangement in the menu. Regret to spend money on this platform and no more next time..!

AI-Written Garbage Content
Not only is this company's "educational content" clearly written by ChatGPT or another LLM, it's pretty easy to figure out where it's stolen from. For instance, the module "The Emergence Of International Anti Money Laundering And Counter Terrorist Financing Regulation" is a clunkily rewritten version of a PBS article on the "Black Peso System" of money laundering. In the AI copyright-infringement process, factual and grammatical errors have been introduced, making this platform LESS useful than the original content it is appropriating without a license and reselling to unsuspecting students.
Save your money. The content on FinancialCrimeAcademy.org isn't even well-written enough to pass muster as a source citation for an essay at an actual institution of higher learning, much less worth paying for.
If you came here before paying for a course and avoided being scammed by Financial Crime Academy, you've passed your first test on understanding financial crimes!

Please do not waste your money
I joined FCA a year ago and wish I hadn't wasted the time and money.I completed some certificates (I did the certified AML course) but found that they were worthless in the UK job market; financial and legal institutions in the UK consider these qualifications to be irrelevant and I can see why. The course material is completely USA-centric and I don't believe that it is particularly helpful if you are aiming to work in the USA either. Other online teaching organisations are held in much higher regard in the world of Compliance and Due Diligence. With regard to content, I had to turn the lectures off because the AI robot that delivers them in the course sessions is so bad that it was a distraction. Instead I downloaded the transcripts of the lectures and read it. It then follows that you can simply 'Control+Find' the answers to all of the questions in the exams; this means you can complete any certificate in less than 30 minutes and score 100% every time without even reading the material! I can see why it's regarded as worthless by serious employers. And if you have any queries, the FCA take days to answer by email and even that is very limited. Oh, and if you pay to join, please remember to cancel your subscription renewal, they don't send a reminder and when you realise they have taken another year's subscription after 12 months, they will not refund you, even if you alert them on the day the money goes out. A company with zero integrity....running ethics and compliance courses! Please, just don't!

Very poor quality, waste of money
The subjects on the certificate course are touched upon very lightly, there's a lot of repetitions and content contains various errors. The quality overall is very poor. The additional reading provided can be found online for free (I checked). For someone who wants just a paper without any significant knowledge behind this would be perfect. 100% do not recommend for anybody else. Waste of time and money. Better to look for a quality course.

Extortionate, poorly put together course
Paid $250 for a 3 month subscription. The course was laden with spelling and grammatical errors. They had multiple choice questions at the end and some of the questions were quite pathetic. I contacted them to complain and they are unresponsive having taken my money. The real financial crime is this 'aCaDemY'. Avoid!
