Similar to others, I'm literally copying and pasting what another guy wrote because the same exact thing happen to me. My Credit line went from $200K to $0 overnight with no warning. They're holding over $5k in rewards. When you call support, they will NOT assist your and tell you that their underwriters are the only ones that can speak on the account and they will respond within 30 days.... Wait, what??? The major issue is that we have been using them for years now and have recently switched to them for ALL of our billing needs since they currently also do our bookkeeping. I just assigned our last employee a credit card. They auto drafted our account for the full balance (as always) and then reduced the credit limit to $0.00 with no warning, no email, no phone call. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company for your financial needs. We currently have 3K of reward point rebates that are now locked into limbo as well. Stay Away.

UPDATE: Now, Finally is refusing to give us our rewards money, stating since our account is closed, they do not have to honor it. Now for the lawyers to do their work. Stay far away from this group and do not believe these 5 start reviews. I am betting they are all AI generated fakes anyway. Same story happened to us. They auto drafted our account for the full balance (as always) and then reduced the credit limit to $0.00 with no warning. I have reached out to customer service and got the same generic response and other representatives that were involved in the onboarding just have out of office responses going out.

I would definitely advise everyone to steer clear of this company. We spent all the time to get Finally cards set up for our employees, only to have our credit limit set to $0 on the morning of the May 15th 2026. Then we could not get a hold of anyone to help us on why all of our cards were being declined. When I finally got a response, they gave me the same response as may others have stated. They couldn't tell me why, just that their risk team assessment changed our available credit amount. This has left us in quite a mess as this is how all of our employees pay for job materials. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!

Apparently I am not alone in this experience- we were approved with a 150k credit line for our business as we we lured to their expense tracking setup. Cards were rolled out to employees on a slow burn and what happens when all cards are handed out and employees trained on the setup? You guessed it.. card account restricted. No funds available and our entire credit line is restricted. No warnings. After 10 minutes on the phone, we are advised to email support and get a response in 30 days. Are you joking? What an absolute joke of how to run a business. I am sure something is up on the backend. Regardless- we are severing this relationship and will not be going back. Good riddance.

I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. As others have mentioned here, Finally reduced our available credit to zero at some point the morning of the 15th. No warning, no explanation and noone there to answer calls. When we called our sales person he stated he had been laid off 2 weeks ago. The other two contacts we emailed copy and pasted a standard template that basically said our credit line was adjusted due to an assessment of their risk team. "Adjusted" would imply it was lowered or reduced. They SUSPENDED the entire organizations credit line. Do NOT consider using them for your corporate cards! Our account was always paid on time and we even chose to make additional payments before the due date. This was not because we were in danger of nearing our credit limit, but rather we’ve ALWAYS made weekly payments on our credit card accounts. I would like to note that our cards were shut down the morning AFTER they pulled our most recent payment due from the statement closing. They left us with all our cards declining with no help or support. Horrible company, horrible customer service.

Currently having the same issue as many others. We’ve been with Finally for nearly 6 months and have 19 cards through them. Up until now, the only issue we experienced was extremely slow payment posting times — despite emails stating payments would post within 3 business days, it was consistently taking closer to a week. Then today, completely out of nowhere, our available balance was reduced from hundreds of thousands of dollars to $0 due to a “risk assessment.” Customer service could provide no real explanation other than to email support, and we were told it could take up to 30 days for a response. Meanwhile, we cannot get ahold of our assigned rep, who seems to be permanently out of office. This has left our business scrambling to find a new expense management platform during one of our busiest seasons. Extremely disappointing experience and unfortunately not something I could recommend to other businesses relying on dependable access to funds and support.

What an actual joke of a company. We worked with the Finally team for over 6 months to gear our teams up to transfer to their systems. We were online with them for a month. All of a sudden our cards and teams were all getting denied. Without warning they cancelled our credit line from multiple tens of thousands a month to $0 over night without warning, notice, or reason. This was a major disruption to our teams and a complete waste of our time and resources to incorporate into our business.
