I hired this company to do my bookkeeping. I turned in personal expenses to be categorized in January 2025. It is now April 2025 and nobody has categorized all of my expenses, resulting in me not being able to give my profit and loss statement balance sheet to my accountant. They did not do the job that they were paid to do. Month after month, they sat on my expenses and did not do the job they were paid to do. I have tried multiple times every week to call them and email them with no response and no correction to the issue. I highly advise you not to use this bookkeeping company. I am currently trying to close my account, but I am unable to do so because no one will contact me.
