As the owner of a residential and commercial cleaning company, I can't recommend Finally's bookkeeping services highly enough. They've transformed how I manage my business finances. Before Finally, I was drowning in receipts, struggling to track expenses across multiple properties, and losing valuable time that could have been spent growing my cleaning business. Their specialized bookkeeping services have provided clarity and control over my company's finances. What stands out most is how they understand the unique needs of a cleaning business. They properly categorize expenses between residential and commercial jobs, track supplies by property type, and generate reports that clearly show the profitability of different service lines. Their user-friendly dashboard gives me instant visibility into cash flow, outstanding invoices, and upcoming expenses. They've helped maximize deductions specific to the cleaning industry and eliminated the last-minute scrambles I used to experience. The team at Finally is responsive and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my business model and growth goals. Their pricing structure offers excellent value compared to hiring an in-house bookkeeper. If you're running a cleaning company and want to focus on growing your business rather than reconciling accounts, Finally is the solution you've been looking for. John Simionidis

Tom Wheeler is my go-to salesperson! Not only did he walk me through the process step by step, answered all of my questions, and followed up with me a few weeks later to see how everything was going. When there were delays in my books being completed in a time frame that I expected, He didn't just reassure me, he went to his upper management team to share my concerns. He was patient to answer my additional questions and I felt confident that my concerns were sincerely addressed, and that Finally's leadership is taking actionable steps to ensure my company's financial information is secure and my books are managed with accuracy and care. Thank you for your attentiveness and authenticity, something that seems so rare in a digital world.
