Hi Cutter. This review is factually incorrect, and we have the proof to back it up. To clarify for anyone reading: At Final Expense Lead Specialist, we typically do not offer refunds because we invest heavily in campaigns upfront to generate live transfers. However, we made a rare exception in this case. Kiana Mais paid for this order on March 13, 2026. You ordered 30 live transfers for two agents—Rudy Cameau and Joshua Walker. After using 13 of the 30 transfers, you requested a refund for the remaining 17. On March 13, 2026 at 9:51:20 AM PDT, we processed a full refund of $340.00 USD via PayPal directly back to Kiana Mais. PayPal Transaction ID: 0J557717V4345204A Joshua Walker's Calls (7 total): 301-754-8573 301-814-7111 813-364-9151 412-318-4011 409-267-1823 931-581-9092 813-455-7818 Rudy Cameau's Billable Calls (6 total): Phone Number 804-859-0969 973-280-3529 765-863-3271 346-634-7547 940-745-1201 615-497-9926 Kiana paid. Kiana got her money back. We refunded every dollar for the 17 short calls. We cannot be 'scammers' when we have a verifiable paper trail showing we returned every dollar for the unused calls. A 'scammer' does not provide a PayPal transaction ID, timestamp, and detailed call logs.

I’m always skeptical of new lead vendors. They all promise the world and under deliver. Alex explained the screening process, which surprisingly was correct. I purchased 15 leads at a cost $15 less per lead than what I was paying with my other vendor. I told Alex if I can close 2 out of the 15 I would be happy and repurchase. So far I’ve taken 8 leads and have closed 4. The volume is a little slow but it’s been addressed and he’s working on it and it has increased since I mentioned it to him. So Alex and his company is a rare find for lead vendors. I plan on using him as long as he keeps delivering quality leads. Thanks Alex
