Hi Cutter. This review is factually incorrect, and we have the proof to back it up. To clarify for anyone reading: At Final Expense Lead Specialist, we typically do not offer refunds because we invest heavily in campaigns upfront to generate live transfers. However, we made a rare exception in this case. Kiana Mais paid for this order on March 13, 2026. You ordered 30 live transfers for two agents—Rudy Cameau and Joshua Walker. After using 13 of the 30 transfers, you requested a refund for the remaining 17. On March 13, 2026 at 9:51:20 AM PDT, we processed a full refund of $340.00 USD via PayPal directly back to Kiana Mais. Kiana got her money back. We refunded every dollar for the 17 short calls. We cannot be 'scammers' when we have a verifiable paper trail showing we returned every dollar for the unused calls. A 'scammer' does not provide a PayPal transaction ID, timestamp, and detailed call logs.
