Have not received any shipping information. Filterswell has already charge my credit card and can not get anyone to tell me where the order status is. No return communication back from them. At this point they have taken $100 bucks from me.

I received the filters in no time. However, I installed one and water can't go thru the filter, it is like is clogged up. So I decided to contact Filterswell. The reply is not as fast as the delivery. I been waiting for almost a week without even an knowledge of my inquire. Very disappointed.

They refused to acknowledge that the filter does not work in our refrigerator and then refused to issue us a refund. Won't buy from them again unless I am positive it will fit.

Order FW1847 I order a three pack of filters and only received one. I tried to call your 800 number and couldn’t get through. I emailed you and got no response. My bill specifically states 3 pack of filters. If this one filter is all I am to receive I would like a return authorization number so I can send it back. The filter does not work as the water holes are at least half the size of the original filter. Just get a dribble of water. Not a suitable substitute. Sent company an email and they pretty much said I installed it wrong. There is only ONE way to put the filter in so it was installed correctly. The hole is too small. Think twice before using this company.
