It has been weeks since I placed my order and nothing has arrived. I have a request to do a review???? How can I review on something I have not gotten. WHERE is my order Order FW3251

I sent your nasty filters back to you one was open they come five days late I asked for my eight dollars didn’t get it for extra mailing two days took five to get here you’re receiving them Tuesday I hope you give me my money back

I ordered filters and they were sent somewhere else. I ordered filters from Amazon since I didn't get these and couldn't reach anyone. It took 4 days to get a reply from Filterswell as they have no phone number and appear to be from Asia somewhere. When I finally heard from them I told them to cancel my order since I had to order them elsewhere. They shipped them and charged me anyway. I don't recommend dealing with this company!!!!!

I ordered a 3 pack of water filters and only 2 filters came but they still charged me for a 3 pack. Really poor performance, can't recommend this company!

Nope, just know I will never order again

I ordered via model number and mistakenly ordered the wrong part. I have asked for return instructions via Facebook messenger and several times via email. No response. I want to order the correct filter but I'm hesitating until I can confirm I can get a refund for this part. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast, but that is the easy part.

The filter did not work it's spewed water out everywhere into my refrigerator it was the correct model number but it would not seal and water leak everywhere

have not recieved my order! not happy!
