I placed this order on June 2 - 10 days ago and the filters still haven't shipped. Is this a scam?

NEVER GOT THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STATE. SUBMITTED AN EMAIL AND NEVER GOT A REPSONSE!!!

My order# FW5642 was ordered almost two weeks ago and has still not been fulfilled.

received wrong product. Tried there chat, email . No response Having to contest on credit card. Evern put on a new order and stated do not ship until first order resolved. Still no contact, and they shipped and billed again anyway.

Trying to return an incorrect item. Repeated emails to request an RMA go unanswered. Non-existent communication from customer service. Left with no choice but to post as many more bad reviews as i can about this company.

Received the wrong filters. Need to return. Sent several emails with no response. There's no other way to contact this company.

Order FW5061 Purchased 4 of these filters, and although you were quick to confirm, charge & deliver - Customer Service is non-existent when I have trouble with your product. One of them is either defective or they all are, but didn't want to use a 2nd filter hoping to return the lot. End of the day, a good seal isn't created, fridge leaks, and creates voids in the line. Placed the old filter back and issues disappear. Several emails and calls made to them, to no avail.
