I ordered, received confirmation then it was immediately cancelled with no explanation.

The filter came to my house broke. I tried to call the but no one would answer the number that I got from the website. I sent back several emails, but all i got back was these emails asking how they did. I hate to give anyone a bad review, but you sold me a filter that was broke when it arrived, still wrapped up in plastic.I would be willing to review it again if I could get me a filter that wasn't broke. So as of now I would not recommend this product or this company. There is nothing wrong with having problems, but it how do deal, or in this case do deal with your problems!

My filter was sent to the wrong address in a completely different state, then by the time it was received (2 weeks later) I had already ordered and received a new filter from another company. I have already emailed asking to receive a refund.

We bought two filters, both were defective neither of them worked. I called the company phone number on their website, it is a disconnected line. I emailed them the email address on the website and didn’t hear back . I believe this is a phony company selling defective products for profit. American Express is investigating them right now.
