The AI bot absolutely sucks. It doesn't listen to any commands and the platform doesn't save versions older than one iteration - so when it inevitably screws up the schedule you've been working on, it's very hard to get it back

BEWARE FALSE PROMISES ON THE UPGRADES - I upgraded because I thought Budget would export to Movie Magic Budget but it only outputs PDF which splits the page mid-row and to excel which is useless so I've spent hours of work for nothing. I would have been better off using Movie Magic and build the budget from scratch. Very frustrating - the support chat wakes up very infrequently to answer my queries - very inconsistent.

We’d like to clarify that exporting directly to Movie Magic Budget is not a feature we currently offer, and this is clearly stated on our Pricing Page, where all supported export formats (PDF and Excel) are listed. (Update September 2025: Filmustage now supports export to Movie Magic Budgeting). To avoid any confusion, we also checked our support history and can confirm that you asked specifically about Movie Magic export. Our team clearly informed you that this feature is not available — and you responded with a "thank you", confirming the message was understood. We regret that this may have been forgotten, but the communication was clear and transparent. That said, we absolutely understand the importance of this feature — and we’re happy to share that support for exporting to Movie Magic Budget is currently in development. We're working hard to make it available as soon as possible.
