We were treated wonderfully from start to finish of our project. Denise was particularly helpful with choosing and re-choosing our tile and flooring. Installation was quick and even a small fix-up was handled smoothly. We enjoyed working with your staff and will recommend your company to any and all.

Enjoyed entire experience with everyone I encountered at your Yeagerstown location. I have recommended you to my friends and co-workers. Everyone was very knowledgeable and I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics. Staff are patient and customer-friendly. I plan to work with you again when need arises and will consult Jessica for suggestions, products,and potential purchase when we are ready to do our next bathroom remodel. Very helpful folks. Worked hard to answer all our questions and the flooring product we selected was easy to install.

I have told the sales person that I do not want a seamed carpet and I told her that I wanted the mid grade Padding and when they came to install it they showed up with the best Padding and carpet that has to be seamed together. Very poor listener and I paid more than I had planned. I can't recommend this company.

From the visit to the showroom to choose the flooring through the installation and return to fix a couple of issues, the staff of Fike's were professional, courteous and costumer service oriented. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs.
