I have ordered two custom bobbleheads from Figure Bobblehead, and I’ve had a great experience both times! Despite the time difference, their team was always very responsive to my emails and kept me updated throughout the process. Both bobbleheads turned out looking incredibly similar to the photos I submitted. You can tell they put a lot of time, care, and attention to detail into each one, and the quality is excellent. One thing I would recommend is planning ahead when you order. The process does take some time, and shipping can take a while as well, so I would suggest ordering about a month and a half before you need it. That being said, the timeline is completely understandable. Each bobblehead is handmade and customized specifically for you, which naturally takes time, and international shipping also has to go through the import process, which is outside of their control. The first bobblehead I ordered was a gift for my brother, and the second was for my boss, so they really do make a fun and unique gift for just about anyone in your life. I would definitely recommend Figure Bobblehead to anyone looking for a personalized and memorable gift—just make sure to order ahead of time!

Allthough they replied me here like they want to make it up to me but they just want to look good because when i am texting them to their email they are ignoring. Return me money and we will have it fixed.

I was pleasantly surprised that my bobblehead really looked like my son and daughter in law as it was a Christmas gift for them and because I ordered late I chose not to see their finished product, but to hurry it up to be delivered. Figure Bobblehead did a fantastic job on my customized bobble head. The artist worked with me through email each day until all of the details were complete. I shipped quickly and was very impressed with the quality! I highly recommned this company.

Had a bobblehead made for a friend's birthday gift, it is exactly as the pictures I provided and the makers do a followup (they send you pictures at each stage for you to give feedback). The communication is very cordial. The package arrived surprisingly quickly (from China to Belgium in my case) and the wrapping could not have been more secure. I defintely recommend!

I’m obsessed with this company. They do such a great job. I have used other companies and this one is definitely the best. The artist are spot on!!! Highly recommended!
