Pretty amazing experience
This company has a very professional and knowledgeable staff. The products offered are very effective. Products are shipped and delivered with frozen packs, and arrive within 1-2 days after ordering. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is due to not being made aware of some promotional offers that are available from time to time. I only found out about “free BioBoost” with certain orders AFTER I had already made a purchase. I missed out on the “discount code” on my last and most expensive purchase, as this option did not appear on my device. The support group is amazing. Most topics are freely discussed related to the weight loss journey. Tips on how to alleviate side effects, how to get enough nutrition, and encouragement on goals are just a few. There are a few questions or concerns that get directed to the “help email” and it’s frowned upon when someone asks another customer/patient for their insight. Sometimes there is not a “one size fits all” answer to certain concerns and questions. We would just like to discuss options and insights with people that are actually taking the same meds as we are taking, not just the prescribers. Overall, the company has been awesome. Would recommend to anyone looking to lose weight at a reduced price with very effective medications.

Exceeded Expectations
